Expressions of Interest Sought The USDA currently occupies office space under a soon to expire lease in Dodge City, KS. The USDA is considering a competition for alternative office space approx. 1,300 usable s.f. and will relocate if a consideration of the economics and other factors involved are supportive. The cost of moving alterations, and other factors will be considered in evaluating alternatives. The lease term required is ten (10) years cancellable by the Government after the third (3rd) year. Occupancy required by March 1, 2010. The delineated Area is 2 miles in any direction from 1414 East Trail Street, Dodge City, KS.
